Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Science and Technology Application and Research Center (ARTMER) aims to provide a nationally and internationally recognized service in its field with its expert staff, infrastructure and laboratory facilities, and has adopted the understanding of continuous development. It is under the responsibility and assurance of the senior management to ensure quality and reliability in measurement and analysis in all units of the laboratory of our center, to implement and follow the rules. In this context, our Center follows the following quality policy principles;

Ensuring periodic calibration of analysis equipment,

Providing an accurate analysis report using the appropriate analysis method within the framework of confidentiality principles,

Periodically checking the accuracy of the analysis methods used,

Continuous operation of an accurate reporting and recording system,

Ensuring traceability in all work and correspondence,

Evaluation of customer requests and complaints.
